Bug - Normal Issue opening the messages inbox in game, keeps loading, never opens

My in game inbox has been glitching for the past 2 days. I open to try to read messages & it just staying in the loading screen. It’s been 2 days now. Playing on an iPhone 12.

Same here, playing on a Redmi Note 14 Pro, Android versión 14. In the pics I've got 6 undead mail now there are 9.

Im pretty sure most of them are rewards.
