I was playing in the Gold Bloodbath Prize fight and both my teammates were killed and last up was my Kill joy Valentine. The opposite team only had their meow and furever ms. Fortune left and when she beat my kill joy, no resurrection... I just ended losing my 37 streak because I was relying on that SA to bring back my teammates to finish off the m&f who only had a sliver of health but needed to wait out her final stand.

in addition to Hex ... the precision hit does not activate SA ...
This means that she killed you with PRECISION, which disables defensive Signature Abilities on hit, including Kill Joy's revive.
