Bug - Normal Level 0 profile: characters show no xp gain iPad iOS

Long story short. I have had this bug for ages. After playing a game the xp and rank up bars vanish, characters never level and my profile level gets reset to 0.

ontop of that, the chat doesn’t want to work and feels like a buggy mess.

I am on iPad OS 14.4 and it’s been this way for over 2 months.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we've had a few reports of this here and there but haven't been able to pinpoint exactly what's going on. Our goal is to investigate and resolve this for out 4.6 update.

Will you give us a little more info?
- What is your account name and Public ID (located bottom right in the Options menu)?
- What is your Network setup?
- Are you experiencing any issues with points calculating in Rift Battles?
- Do you have another device you can play on and see if you still get this issue?

I experienced the same problem a few days ago.
- Its essence is that after one battle in any mode, the game shows 0 account level instead of the true level.
-The visual experience bar disappears at the end of the battle. Characters gain experience and level up. But after increasing the level, they do not restore energy to the characters.
-Due to 0 level, the ability to use chat and some modes are closed.
After restarting the game, everything is almost correct until the moment of the first battle.
Deleting and loading the game again does not help.
On another device, the same account also had this problem.
