Level up problems

HI,
I'm the new player of the mobile Skullgirls. At first, I have to say I like this game. However, some problem happens many times after I win a battle. When I win the battle, it shows that may characters level up. However, when I check in the collerction, I find that they didn't level up. What's happened? What should I do to solve it？

There is nothing U can do, cause it is a bug. But don't U worry, lad, the Dev team already knows about it and it is gonna be fixed in upcoming patch.
