Bug - Normal Levelling up a fighter from using Power Up doesn't refill their energy

Exactly as the title says.

It should be able to refill all the fighter's energy, right? Levelling up through fights does so I'm assuming this is a bug and not a feature.

There are a lot of problems regarding energy.

Energy won't refill if you exit the app and return without restarting.

After the update a lot of issues have resurfaced.

You actually do get the energy, but currently the game won't recognize it until you either restart the app, or make a server call (like opening a relic). In addition to fixing the current issues, we plan on refactoring the system so that eventually you will get the energy if the app is backgrounded rather than exiting, as @KeenFox mentioned.
