Can you pull our data if we give you the username and what character icon we have at the time even though it’s a guest account

Hi bell, I’m using an iPhone XR 13.7. My game name is Ziscanor and is a guest acc. Pls fix soon :)
 
I have not heard back from support for 2.param.2 yet and I’ve already submitted the info they asked me to
 
Tengo el mismo error pero en 867 lo tengo desde la tarde y mi internet va muy bien y lo desintale y me sigue diciendo lo mismo desde en la tarde
