Bug - Crash Lossing character

After the maintenance break that happened just today I go back to my account and realize that I am missing one of my diamond characters and gold and silver the ones I have are wet work Valentine a a gold Valentine and a silver Valentine I lost those all my good characters all gone I don't know what happened but I need it to be fixed because those were my good characters and I need them back

You'll need to submit a ticket with customer service if you haven't already, they can investigate and possibly restore those characters.
