Lost my prizefight when the match didn't even start

I just got into a game my screen went black and it didnt even start and then it took me to the prizefight screen and counted as a loss
 
I had exactly the same thing and I don't understand why and it's not the first time
 
and not all links are clickable and visible to me for some reason mb will give advice here
