Black Dahlia's "No Time to Die" and Painwheel's "Tainted Blood" marquees have enforced the strategy of going critless for certain builds. This goes against the stat design of the game, as you're encouraged to not unlock everything in your skill tree for certain characters and thus miss their Marquee as well, just so you can deal more efficiently with BD and PW.
The biggest issue with these Marquees is that they really punish multi-hit attacks. So my solution is as follows:
1. Implement a CD for the Marquees "No Time to Die" and "Tainted Blood".
2. Cooldown is going to be 2 seconds.
Positives:
1. Multi-hit attacks and extended combos don't punish you so severely.
2. Adding the CD may also help optimize the effects, as less calculations will have to be made.
3. Less punishing for new players.
4. Can help diversify defense teams
During testing, you can fine-tune what CD would work best. IMO 2 would be the sweet spot, but it may end up that 3 seconds may be better, or even just 1 second, if it ends up affecting the marquees to harshly
