Bug - Normal Match freeze

I lost my streak in prize fights because the game froze. The match time went on and the music kept playing until the time ended and I lost the match.

My device is a Moto G4 play, (2gb version), running 7.1. I know it's a low-end device.
I'm connecting to the game vía Wi-Fi

Any other info you can provide will help. How long had you been playing when the game froze? Was the game minimized and you returned and entered a fight? Do you have any apps running in the background while you're playing?

I had been playing for at least 40 minutes. The game was minimized for a little time. I had whatsapp and fb apps running in the background
