Bug - Normal Megalomaniac SA activate timer doesn't work as intended.

Megalomaniac Signature Ability 2 "While Marie is the active Fighter and has at least 3 stacks of ARMOR, she deals damage every 15 seconds equal to 50% of Marie's ATTACK and inflicts STUN for 3 seconds." seems to work like old Starlight Rose Signature Ability 2.

Her SA doesn't start counting down when she's active, it counts down with the match timer. So even when she doesn't on field for 15s, if the timer reaches 2:45, 2:30, 2:15, ... and Marie has 3 or more stacks of ARMOR, she will instantly deal damage and stun you. This is a really annoying since you can get stunned right when she tags in.
 
Thanks for the report. I'll check with the design since this doesn't appear to be working as expected based on the SA description.
