Characters Merging Prestige Ability Levels

My bronze Sheltered has a level 98 PA.
My diamond Sheltered has no PA.
If I sacrifice my bronze to my diamond, my diamond will have a level 2 PA.
Doesn't sound right to me.

Yep...kinda kills the 'build gold/diamond fodder' out of duplicate bronze/silvers practice...
