Resolved Ms. Fortune M&F Final Stand is not stunning with Rock Star Filia

So I decided to invest in Rock Star Filia a bit and made her gold. Filia was in the first slot then switched to Ms. Fortune, got barrier, after barrier expired, I got final stand after this expired, M&Fs SA 2 did not activate. Is this a bug? Any final stand that expires should stun the opponent with M&F...

Not any, even in Rifts if M&F stands under Final Fight or Last Words, even under Val's Trauma Center, she will not stun opponent, only herself final stands works, it's not a bug

Correct. Though there's many SAs that trigger off of buffs/debuffs from any source, there's a few such as M&F that we make more specific so as to maintain balance.

Do you think M&F can gain a buff to stun after the final stand expires from support characters like rock star filia, raining champ, and fan favorite? OR would it be too broken to even include that? I think it would be nice. I was kind of upset I thought maybe every final stand that expires immediately stuns the opponent. Also thanks for responding Bones and BBP.

I just know it was an intentional design choice back when she was implemented. I don't have the details as to why, but I suspect it was to keep her from being too powerful.
