Bug - Normal my shiny character disappeared :-\

Today I won a jackpot relic of the month so I opened it and got an Annie ninja star shiny character Then I went to get the mission prizes then the game went into maintenance then i entered there my character was no longer there and i got my relic back and when i opened it i couldnt get it please correct this :-[
