Other Never received response to help ticket submitted in November

I submitted a help ticket in November, and I never got a response except for an email asking for information. I was unable to sign into my account, as it was connected to my email, but signing in with my email resulted in a new account without any progress. I did create a skullgirls login account with the email, but it is not a login option with the current app. Hopefully I can get this resolved before the new app comes out but any response would be appreciated.

Hey @Watermeloans, did you follow up on that email giving LINE the information they needed?
LINE should respond in a few days unless they are awaiting a response.
