Bug - Normal No reward for fight

Just won a chest fight on Filia daily event (the one youunlock after defeating boss). After the victory the game listed my reward for the fight and I even leveled up my account level but when I go to main menu I have none of the rewards that were listed and shows that I didn't even level up

@Beldr447 Have you tried force closing and restarting the app? If it's still not there, can you use the "Help" button in the options menu to create an official CS ticket?
