this just started happening to me today in the Ms. Fortune "A Head of the Game" Prize Fight, and I had hoped the bug was due to the PF's effect that gives one stack of precision and a guard break every three seconds on the opponent's side of the stage, but I afterwards confirmed that the bug affected games in Holodeck Hazards as well.
I made special note to confirm in every situation possible that hits of all kinds were no longer unblockable with three or more stacks of Precision *only* when her Prestige Ability had been activated. I can't confirm whether the other half of the SA ability (three or more stacks of barrier reflecting 50% of incoming damage) was functioning properly since Prestige for Robo-Fortune also includes damage reflection of an even greater percentage (with the same three barrier stacks Prestige would reflect 37.5% with my fighter, though usually it is up at the cap of 100%), and generally it's difficult to experiment while knowing the exact amount of damage reflected since it doesn't show up on screen on both fighters.
I didn't notice it happening yesterday.
I double checked with Head Hunter, whose similar SA provides unblockable (energy only) attacks when at three or more stacks of Precision, and it functions as usual both before and after activating Prestige, and in both Prize Fight and other fights.
I guess I should've probably favorited the fights with all of the experiments I did, in order to demonstrate, but I didn't think to - it's still new to me, favoriting fights.
Regardless, this is an active and current bug as of today, the 11th of September 2024. I hope it's a quick resolution too, since Overclocked is a fighter I rely on a lot and I don't have another fighter that fits really well into her niche... if I'd pulled a Reimaged last month (or even better, two or more, for her Prestige Ability - Robo's is so great) I'd use her in the interim, but alas, I did not pull her.
Could I get one on loan? Kidding, kidding. I'll wait until she's available through normal methods and keep my fingers crossed really, really hard.
