New Signature Ability 1

Inflict WITHER for 5/7/10 seconds when spawning a TEAR. Inflict SLOW per active TEAR on TEAR DETONATION. Both Debuffs last 5/7/10 seconds​

New Signature Ability 2

Parasoul's SPECIAL MOVES and BLOCKBUSTERS have 20/40/60% increased CRITICAL DAMAGE if the opponent doesn't have a fully charged BLOCKBUSTER.​

Reasons for SA1 change:
- Her Old SA1 and SA2 were pretty much a glorified Disable Blockbuster. Something which other characters do much, much better than her. As such, I think combining both effects into a single Signature Ability is the way to go.

- We've also swapped the order of application. You now apply WITHER on spawning a tear and SLOW when detonating. I believe this will help out with BB meter lockdown a lot more.

Reasons for SA2 change
- Now we're going to utilize the effects of her BB meter gain prevention/reduction. Ivy League, out of all Silver Parasouls has the highest damage, and lowest health pool, essentially putting her as the glass cannon. Still, compared to the golds and other characters in general, combined with her poor SA effects, she doesn't really live up to that. So this effect compliments her greatly. It rewards you for keeping the opponent in check, by making her damage significantly more valuable.
This will NOT make her inherently better at the very late game, and that's fine, she's a Silver character. But it will definitely make her a lot more fun to use on offense, and encourage people to experiment with her.

Why Crit Damage and not just regular attack damage? I've considered that, and I'm ok with either honestly. Given that Crits are % based, we can up the value a lot more, without creating any balance issues. There is the argument that someone can make a full Crit build on her, and that's perfectly fine. It may not be the most optimal build, but if it's fun for the player and yields results, then the change was a success

On the surface, this may not look like much, but please keep in mind that Parasoul has no source of HASTE from abilities, SAs or other Prasoul variants. So this is a good way of removing SLOW from yourself and gain a good chunk of BB meter while on the offense.

It also plays nicely with her gimmick of keeping the opponent's BB meter low.

It's not the most impactful change, but I think it's enough of a push to make her a more frequently used pick

Ivy League right now feels rather underwhelming. Imo she needs a bit of a push in order to be more viable. I think an enhancement on her Signature Ability A2 will do the trick.

I like the direction this is going, but the first ability is a bit too weak. Also, heavy reign with some crit rate would still outperform her. Got any ideas for the first ability?

That is true, however Ivy deals almost 3k more damage compared to Heavy Reign, which is a 35% damage difference. Even though Ivy's current kit is not the strongest thing ever, essentially SA1+2 being glorified BB Lock, I think she needs a small offense nudge in order to make her more viable.

Though now after looking at it again, the duration I proposed is way too low. 10/12/15 seconds, so you can more effectively refresh Haste and keep it longer would be better

I've doubled down and completely revamped the suggestion.

For her new SA2, I'm open to giving her Bonus Attack Damage instead. My reason for choosing Crit Damage over it, is because the value can be a lot higher, with specific builds being necessary in order to tap into its full potential. And even then, it won't be egregiously powerful.

I know that utility would make her a lot better, but let's face it, all the other Paras already cover every niche. Plus she's a Silver, so let's give her some unga bunga strength

The following adjustments have been made.

- WITHER is now applied on Tear Spawn and SLOW is now applied on tear detonation (this should greatly help out with locking down opponent BB meter)
- Crit Damage bonus decreased from 25/50/75% to 20/40/60%
