Bug - Normal Parasoul Primed SA2 Bug

Apple iPad Pro 12.9 inch running iOS 12.1.4;
Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Android 9.0.

Bug description:

Parasoul (Primed Version) SA2 does not activate after detonation (bleed). Not dependant on OS or platform.

I have 3.1.1 version and the still not fixed. The patch says they Only fixed the Facebook login issues.
Are you planning on fix the other bugs in another patch?
