Bug - Normal Precision Not Stacking

I was using Mystmatch (Light) against a Feline Lucky. I already have 3 stacks of precision through Mystmatch's SA and then when FL got a stack of precision through her SA my 3 stacks got replaced by a stack. Is this intended?
