Pretty simple bug, but it looks like Prism Plumage's SAs don't work for Neutral element variants because it looks like they don't have any buffs/debuffs assigned to them. No screenshots, but it's easy to see in training mode since the dummies are all neutral.
When hitting a Neutral opponent with a projectile, the SA's text will pop up showing that it activated, but the opponent won't get any new debuffs applied. Similarly, switching to another Neutral variant like Overclocked or Rainbow Blight won't activate her SA or grant the new fighter any buffs.
