Kind of messy (July ends on a half week and blends into August) but as you can see, since there are 18 characters every week will have one of the nine inseparable pairs.

Now that you can see the future, you can make theonite decisions. Like Umbrella's birthday is July 17, happening right after her PF in early July. In this case it is better to wait a few days to pay 1k theonite for that 10+1 on the 17th instead of paying 2k during the Umbrella PF (11-13 July).

I'm betting some spreadsheet wizard can input some formula and get all 52 weeks of a year of this repeating pattern of pairs...
