It seems the barrier is not working properly.
Even if the opponent is defeated you still get damaged by hitting him.
Apart from that there is not a clear image on how certain attacks might fail or not when activated as the enemy is in the air (e.g Silent Scope).
I do also think that taking 100% damage from it is actually a lot.
Should have been less like 25%.
