Bug - Normal Problemas al entrar a juego y al usar el chat

s Saludos cordiales, quiero reportar un pequeño error al iniciar sesión en mi cuenta, hace días que no puedo conectarme correctamente al juego, o cuando me conecto no puedo abrir el chat o no puedo jugar el Peleas premiadas, batallas de grietas o eventos diarios.

I am having the same exact issue and it's been 4 days now i can't use the chat properly it keeps crashing but my internet is working fine, Nat is open, normal velocity, and no problem when it comes to any other device, i submitted a ticket and am trying to find a solution as well, the chat is like 65% of my experience in this game, been here 4 years and i am a very old Ch100 resident :'c
