Quickest ways to get buffs and set debuffs?

What are the quickest ways to do this? I have exactly 666 match challenges done from story mode and I want to finish getting them all. In Ascent of a Woman and Who's The Boss you need to inflict a lot of debuffs and get a lot of buffs, respectively (30 of them in master difficulty on both modes). For the buffs I used Beat Box big band with 5 taunts since if he can complete the taunt he gets 2 buffs, and even if he is interrupted he still gets the enrage from his SA, but idk if that's the fastest way to do it. And I haven't even started to get the debuffs in ascent of a woman because those seem that will take even longer than the buffs.

So anyway, I wanted to know from you guys if anyone completed these and how did u do it the fastest way possible. I know some nodes, specially in master and expert requiere specific characters or rarities, but I'm asking for what you can use in general here

You can use overclocked, she inflicts power surge and gets 10 buffs quickly.
Also, X bot, she gets 10 buffs faster.
