Other rating system for fighters

There is most asked question in the game chat is "is this fighter good for work on?". If we can vote fighter after using it a certain time (lets say 30 win with a specific fighter) then we can vote how good or bad that fighter is by out of 10.

well, there are such statistics, though not inside the game itself. especially if many people will vote against the hero and you will not download it, and then you will like it... although I would like to get more information about the accounts of other players.and not just the character with the highest number of points in the class.
