Bug - Normal Red Velvet's hex not parking properly on Djinn Frizz

So I'm not sure if the bug is always here because I do not see this matchup often but it has happened to me several times already. When turning into Sekhmet mode with Red Velvet, the hex debuff does appear on Djinn, but she still gains the 3 buffs. I'm not sure why this happens and Djinn seems to be the only one with this issue...

It is known feature. All abilities, that activated after x seconds after tag-in, ignore hex. Because the timer of activation exists before hex.

We're aware of the issue, even more apparent now with Annie Star Shine and her 30 second timer for her SA. We'll be looking at ways to make it more clear in future updates.
