Rewards did not arrive after the end of the season of otherworldly battles

Thanks for getting that info back! I took a look into this and found that your account did not enter the necessary amount of Rift Battles to be eligible for rewards. You need to complete 5 separate Rift Battles per season to receive rewards for that season. If you're ever confused about these requirements, there's a counter in the Rift Battle menu that lets you know whether or not you are currently eligible for rewards.
