I found 1 fighter that need rework very much… It’s Lapis Luxury. It’s no exaggeration to say that she is currently the weakest Elizas of Gold and above…

- First of all, both sig1 and 2 can only be activated once per match, so the opportunities for them to shine are very limited. Sig1 has Armor Break, but since there are so many ways to easily inflict it for many fighters, I can’t understand why hers can only be activated once.

- In addition, if you use sig2 at the wrong time, it has an absolute disadvantage of give the HP to an opponent. Adjusting HP is also very difficult, makes her really indecisive.

- Here’s my suggestion. I have tried to make it a pure improvement while retaining as many of the previous elements as possible. If you have better ideas, feel free to comment here!

Lapis Luxury 🔵

Sig1 - When Eliza tags in, gain HASTE and inflict 5 RANDOM DEBUFF for 5/7/10 sec each.

Sig2 - When using BB3, steal 3/4/5% of opponent’s MAX HP for each DEBUFF applied to an opponent.

- First, added haste to sig1. This makes it easier to increase the meter than ever before. Unlike before, it now triggers every time you tags in, so it's now worth investing in the tag-in cooldown.

- Then it applies 5 random debuffs, making it easier to activate buffed sig2, which I'll explain later. You might think it's a better version of Buffer Zone, but in this case, it can't remove opponent’s buffs, so it's well-differentiated. Like Buffer Zone, she’s weak against Model Leader, Tinted etc.

- Sig2 is a big change. When you use BB3, steal 5% of the enemy's MAX HP for each debuff currently applied on it. This creates a synergistic effect with sig1, making it easier to use against tough opponents. Also, by combining it with a fighter who inflicts many debuffs, tagging in and use BB3 at the the right time can create some exciting combos. What if you combine it with Chaos Double...?!
