Fights Rift Battles moving forward

So with versus coming out shortly it seems I’m left wondering about the future of rift battles as a mode. Is it going to continue to get attention? Changes to the meta, new catalysts etc. It really is a great game mode. My hope for it going forwards would be a shake up to the Meta. As things stand right now there aren’t catalysts that make fighters like cerebella, parasoul, or robofortune compelling defenders even with defense oriented variants. It seems top players stick to big band-val or painwheel- Val combos. my two cents

Rift is still going to be a major focus for Skullgirls Mobile going forward. The upcoming update is mostly focused on PvP because it's such a huge thing to develop, but once it's out in the wild we'll be able to swing back to Rifts.

We get a LOT of feedback on improvements that could be made to Rifts, so we're definitely not abandoning it any time soon!
