Resolved Rift decay still happens

Minor issue: rift decay still in effect.
My last rift battle was Friday June 26. This morning my rift rating was 1015 from a successful defense. Now it has dropped by 16 (5 days after my last battle).


As you can see, I have not done any battles this season and I have only been attacked once.
