What's the issue with chat that you're having? We discovered today that if your device is set to Russian, then the in-game chat might not work correctly. I believe it's only on iOS specifically and could be happening with other languages.

As far as how to add video.....I'm not sure. If possible, you can upload a video to youtube and set it to 'private' and then share the link here.
