Bug - Normal Rift Ranking Displayed incorrectly

So while I was in game chat (Channel 0) my rift ranking was displayed incorrectly while looking at my profile. Not sure what caused this but it was visible to others as well. Wasn't sure how to prove my ranking other than taking screenshots of it displayed wrong in chat vs. actual ranking. My Lvl and Exp. Bar are the same in both screenshots, proving my ranking. -Mon573R

Does this happen every single time? What were you doing leading up to tapping on player names in chat?

Mostly just sitting in chat for a while, it wasn't after doing any battles as far as I know. It doesn't happen often, and seems very random. As far as I know it doesn't affect anything. Just curious why it happens. It will stay for a few messages then go back to normal without having to leave chat.
