Bug - Normal Rift rewards not coming into mail?

Game version 7.3.2
iPhone 15 Plus
iOS 18.5

For the past two weeks, on weekly reset day I have not seen Rift rewards in my mail. This week my rift rating did update from D4 to D3, but when opening my mail at around 8pm ET, all I saw was the rewards mail for the weekend Prize Fights. Has this happened to anyone else? Are the rift rewards coming at a different time, or being automatically added to our Stash? Any help would be most appreciated.

I've been getting mine without any problem. I don't think they would be added to your stash immediately without you claming them from mail but it is worth checking your resources nonetheless.

I recommend you posting this issue on SGM Discord bug section, you would have a better chance resolving this issue there, good luck.
