Our engineering team is actively investigating what happened so it doesn't occur again in future seasons.
If you believe to be missing End of Season Rewards please contact our customer service team and be sure to include your Skullgirls Mobile username and Public ID (orange text in lower right corner in options menu) and screenshots of your rewards mail.
