Bug - Normal Robo-fortune's fidget spin not being set to cooldown

If you use fidget spin in queue during an air combo but cancel it quickly with magnetic trap before it activates, fidget spin would still activate without being set to cooldown. Magnetic trap would still function normally.

I have added a video, please ignore everything but the footage, I had to make it a gif to reduce the size.
