Bug - Normal Scared Stiff SA2 bypass Precision hits

Not sure if this is bug or not, but I just feel like it shouldn't work this way.

"PRECISION HITS will not trigger enemy SIGNATURE ABILITIES" which means that Scared Stiff when hit with Precision should receive full damage of that hit instead of just 5%, no?

I've often wondered about this too. She's always tanking hits from Precision characters (like Summer Salt) and I assumed there was some RNG shenanigans.

Honestly if this is true I think it should jsut stay this way. She’s already a bronze and one of the weakest fighters, just let her have this one.

We have a ticket to fix this at some point, it just hasn't been a priority.
