I have enough gold Filia to evolve Dread Locks to diamond, but i don't have another Dread Locks to unlock her prestige. Should i wait for another Dread locks or i can unlock her prestige later?

In my opinion, Filia's prestige is one of the weakest. So you won't be missing much when you evolve Dread Locks to diamond. I say go for it, you can always prestige later.
