Bug - Normal Since yesterday I can't login

Since yesterday I've been trying to recover my account, and I'm starting to think that it doesn't exist anymore.

I left the game like 3 years ago, and I changed the password 2 times since yesterday, so I don't know what I have to do.

The error code is 1.

Exact issue. Played this long while ago and still have it on my old tablet that has issues keeping a good enough charge.

Now I'm trying to play it again on my new phone and it can't log me in on the new phone or on tablet
