stats, what happens when you stack two buffs that cannot be stacked usually? like 2 haste, death mark etc

Yes. Another case is with debuffs that don't normally stack. For example the opponent can have both timeless Deathmark and duration based Deathmark. The opponent in that case will take 100% bonus crit damage and 100% more damage while blocking, instead of the regular 50%


edit: certain stats cannot go over a cap, unless the Buff/Signature Ability explicitly does so. For example, you can't go above 50% cooldown reduction. However, Harlequin Bella's CDR signature ability goes over this cap.
