Lately some players have been happening this, when opening the store, it does not show the offers or absolutely nothing, it only says "there was a connection error with the store" and when refreshing the store, the same locks the game, this buf has been affecting some people since the the update "5.3.0" arrived. Also take into account, any reward they give per store such as those of the birthdays of the characters can not claim it those who have that bug and will affect the gameplay of some players, not all but it is still annoying and something that should be fixed. I clarify that this does not happen to all players, only to some of different devices of different brands, including huawei, samsung and others.
