Strategy to beat treasure node in master difficulty (story)

Hello, please I've been trying to beat the single treasure node in Going all in (master difficulty) in chapter two (River King casino). I can't seem to bypass the permanent regeneration and its keeping me at 99% for weeks now. Here's the screenshot of the node in question. Any advice/tip would be appreciated.

You can use Purrfect Dark's curse to block perma regen. Shadow Ops can do this also, you just need to lock your enemy to the corner.

Nice! I dont have purrfect dark yet, but i have shadow ops, I'll give it a try, thanks
