I think there can be better filtering of Suggestion threads. Right now, everything is thrown into the same board. That is problematic, because suggestion topics can quite easily be pushed to pages 2 and onwards, due to the high traffic. I also think the community can benefit from adding sub-boards, as more specific parts of the community can communicate with each other.
The proposed sub boards for the "Feedback & Suggestions" board is as follows:
1. New Variants and Characters
2. Character and Variant Adjustments
3. Game Modes and Others
Next thing would be to change the placement of where the "Feedback and Suggestion" board is placed. It has some of the highest traffic in this forum, and as such should be pushed higher on the form itself
Placing it between "General Skullgirls Discussion" and "Characters & Strategy" would be ideal
It's visually awkward having another board under the Characters board, which takes up so much space. It looks like it's supposed to be the last board on the forum. I have some comments on it as well, but I'll reserve that for another time.
Lastly. I'm also proposing this, as I don't like seeing my own threads taking up so much space in a board, and want other people's suggestions to also be highlighted.
I don't know if XenForo supports this(probably does), but Board descriptions can also help. I can elaborate more on this if this feature can be confirmed first

| This board will house all new variant/palette suggestions. As proven, people LOVE suggestion new variants, and for good reason. It's fun. However, having all of them in a single thread can cause issues with load time, and it makes it very hard to find an old palette you liked. Having each new palette/variant be its own thread will allow people to share more feedback on it, and the thread can be bumped if changes are made to it. |

Game Modes and Others |

| Suggesting new game modes or changes to existing ones should most definitely be its own section. These topics can better help pinpoint player dissatisfaction with certain modes, or highlight changes people really like. They're however not the most common type of suggestion, and as such should be in its own board, so they don't end up buried. "Others" on the other hand can be changes to game mechanics, new game mechanics, control changes, anything and everything that can't be posted in the New Characters/Variants and Character/Variant adjustment boards. |
