Resolved The challenge with a long title

i have twice recived the challenge entitled "this challenge has a long title" with the description "a description so long it goes onto three lines. Wow that's long!" It has a value of 3,100 gems, but cannot be claimed. I'm not sure what this is, or if I'm supposed to be able to claim it. I'd be grateful if someone can explain this.

Hey folks! Thanks in advance for the bug reports. All of this is tremendously helpful. We will definitely keep your notes in mind as we continue to work on Skullgirls Mobile. Given the realities of game development, we can't always tackle every issue, but I promise we're listening! As Oprah once said*, "we want Skullgirls Mobile to live it's best life!“

... and while I have your attention, I wanted to share some bug reporting best practices! (slick segue, right?):

1) Include instructions on how to reproduce the bug. "Bob's launcher doesn't work" is helpful. "Bob's launcher whiffs on Tom" is helpfuller. But the helpfullest? "Playing as 'Hair on Fire Bob,' I triple tapped into a launcher against 'Three-day Weekend Tom.' All hits connected but Tom wasn't knocked up into the air."

2) Supplemental screenshots and videos. A lot of you already do this! But redundancy/repetition helps me get the message across! So I’ll say it again: we love videos and images!

3) Device and OS details. "Game frequently freezes on my an iPhone 7 on iOS10” vs “Game frequently freezes… I’m playing on a potato.” These details enable us to adeptly isolate and tackle issues.

This is a bug in our soft launch build where we try to show the challenges, but some of the challenges aren’t correctly understood by the game. That particular challenge is just a placeholder item that is accidentally displayed in the event of this error so you can’t claim it, unfortunately. This will be fixed in the next update!

It's a daily challenge, so I'm not sure how to reproduce it. It just sorta pops up every now and then. As for a picture, I have three attatched. Also I have an iPhone 6 with the most recent update. Note *the images aren't uploading, I'm not sure why*

Hey greerbiggie (greer, biggie, GB?! You are now GB ), thanks for the post. As Grimlock mentioned, this one should be fixed in our next update!

As an aside, the forums only currently support image urls, so you'll have to put the images up somewhere else (such as imgur) before posting them here. We're looking into adding upload functionality in the future. Unless you are trying to use urls, in which case it's something we can look into. Trying to attach an image to test it out!
