Bug - Normal the chat is not working

к when trying to log into the chat, an error occurs that says "failed to connect to the chat, try again" when I try to connect to the chat again, the same error occurs. was I blocked in the chat or is it just a bug?

Our chat connects through a separate server than the rest of the game, so it's likely it was just having some unique network problems. Is this still happening?
