Resolved The same character was received from several Lovestruck relics

Good day,

The same character (Fukua - Souls Sister) was received from several Lovestruck relics (3 from 3 relicts).
The same situation was happened on New year event ( 5(or 6) idential silver characters from 5(or 6) event relicts; i don't remember character name).

Could you please confirm that there is bug or expected behaviour and I was VERY unlucky with Random, two times ).

As far as I know there's no bug with our event relics. They have a limited number of fighters available so the likelihood of getting duplicate fighters is pretty high.
