Hey all.
I spent my hard earned Theonite on the 10+1 pull hoping for the army Cerebella. Well, I didn't get her but I did pull a Herlequin!
Now, her ability is to shorted special move timers or something but I pretty much don't run characters with special moves very often. I'm coming to ask for some recommendation on how to build a team around her ability.
Also, does anyone know if her abilities stack? Like, if I had 2 on my team would cooldowns shorten even more?
