Bug - Normal Trouble with rift battles

I was playing a battle and my game froze. Time ran out and it still didn’t want to end the battle I had to quit to get out of it. I feel bad because I now can’t play with the characters I used and they’re pretty powerful. I would like to be compensated at least maybe reset the battle. It’s in my replays, all glitched out
