Bug - Normal Untouchable’s Unflinching not activating when it should

So when playing the double prize fight today, I noticed something. Untouchable’s second part of her SA was not working as intended. I got hit and took no damage, but the Unflinching ability wasn’t working. It didn’t pop up next to the health bar.

when i play with Untouchable (and against AIs) the two parts of her SA always activated separately... i think in the second part of the SA the "also" is misleading because it's referencing it also activates with a 15% chance when hit, not also when the first part of the SA activates
