Upper Khat Invulnerable Startup? (Liam: Yes!)

The question i've had since the beginning: does Upper Khat have invulnerable startup to strikes⁉

The only evidence i have is inconclusive because i don't have access to the frame & hitbox data.

It does, yes!

Another example of one of these invincible special moves is Drillationship.
Most invincibility has been unchanged from the console version of the game.
